How do I shorten the number of rings before a call goes from our desk phone to my mobile?

  •  Is this for direct calls to your extension, or calls routed from a group like a call queue or auto-receptionist?
  •  Do you have access to update your Call Handling settings via the RingCentral app or online portal?
