TCR registration stuck in "review in progess" since 25 Jul 2024

Have raised numerous tickets, called, and got helped with guidelines, updated everything.

But the status of the two numbers we submitted for registration stuck in “review in progress” since Jul 25, until this day. No RC support ever gets back to us on what happens. 

Now that it just stuck there, we do not know what else to do or if there’s anything we need to update or change to get it approved. 

 

 

Called - say would update, no update for almost 2 weeks. 

Raise Chats  - 3-4 times, also no updates, not even email to say something

case portals - recorded with all my cases, 3-4 of them, escalated even, no updates or responses ever. 

 

???? should i delete my submisisons and resubmit?

THanks - the campaign has a status of “Registered’ now but under the “registered campaign” section though - it shown as “pending” for > 48 hours now, what is this about and why is the status different?

 


It’s a complete farce. I’ve had a number pool registration (ability to add more than 49 numbers to a campaign) pending for 23 working days now. Called support who “escalated” it when it was already escalated. Was told they would be in contact a day later and nothing. It’s just a continuous cycle of lies and getting fobbed off.

Hi @FDapTeam, I haven’t hear back regarding this yet, but I’ll make another escalation, and have someone reach out to you again. 


Hi there - someone reached out to us via call just to ask where our privacy policy are, we had to slowly walk her through where it is - which is quite obvious at the footer of our websites - she saw it, and said that all terms are fulfilled, we have all the wordings - that was more than a week ago. 

What now? no update either from the support and no status change, still pending like my screen shot.

Thanks for the update, @FDapTeam  I understand your frustration with the lack of progress, especially after providing everything that was requested over a week ago.

I’ll follow up with the TCR team right away to get an update on your registration status. I’ll make sure to keep you posted once I have more information.
