Unable to access "Billing" tab via Admin Portal

Hello. I am hoping to view Billing History via the RingCentral admin portal. However, there is no tab titled “Billing” when I log in here. My user should be the only admin user attached to this account - I am wondering if there are incorrect roles setup. Thanks!
