Voicemail Prompts

When people call our offices, the voicemail still says 2 ex employees names.  How do I remove them and add myself as one of the people on the list?  I have changed everything to remove them from the phone system.  Their names are no where to be found on the Ring Central app or webpage.

Hi ​@ElizabethMoss, please check if Record User Name is enabled.
In the Admin Portal, go to Users > select the extension > User Details. Under General, you will see Record User Name. You may update the recording there to the new one.
