When inbound calls show up on the caller ID I’m seeing both my company name and the caller ID of the inbound caller. 

 

For Example: 4POINTS DENTAL-John Smith

It sounds like you might be receiving calls through a Call Queue. If that’s the case, you may want to review how your call queue display settings are configured, as this determines how caller information appears on your caller ID.


To update this, please go to your Admin Portal, then navigate to Phone System > Groups > [Your Call Queue Extension] > Call Handling & Members > Display Settings.

Review the details under Display Information 1 and Display Information 2, and click Save once you’ve made your changes.
