How do I view who has called after hours? I want to figure out if we need to lengthen our business hours but can't find a report that shows how many/who has called after hours.

Do you have access to Business Analytics? You are able to do that there easily.
Example Picture:
- selected Business Analytics on the left hand side menu
- click on Date Range
- on the bottom right corner you have FROM and TO where you can set specific hours for the report. Just choose Company AH (After Hours)


If you haven't used business analytics, click on Add Widget > Table 😃 It is the most intuitive way to start
