If I look at my analytics report for a specific queue it shows, amongst others #inbound, #answered and #abandoned. When I click on the queue to go one level deeper (and yes I selected all users), it only shows the #answered calls and the details. Where can I find information on the #abandoned calls as not even the calls log shows those calls.


in the analytics portal, if you have access to LOB Analytics you can create a widget from scratch. Here are the steps:
1. go to LOB Analytics
2. click "Add a widget"
3. select Table
4. for Rows select "Users|" (click and drag to the right)
5.for columns select "Result > Abandoned"
