What is the difference between Glip Unified Presence Service (GUP) and RingCentral App - Desktop/Web. I am running the audit trail, and these are popping up as my users' endpoints. Can someone help explain this difference to me?

So think of it this way - The RingCentral App is the car, and the GUP is the engine that tracks if the car is currently driving, parked, or idle, and reports that status to the other cars.

The RingCentral App log entries represent user activity, while the GUP entries represent the underlying service ensuring that features like seeing a colleague's availability function correctly.
Is that helpful?
