Incoming Call Report with Detail

I am looking for a report that shows the number of calls that are inbound to our main number and what option they selected from the phone tree over a specified period of time. For example, I want to know for July 8th how many calls we received during a specified time that went to option 1, option 2, etc.

Hi ​@GEitel,Here is how you can pull that report:How to Run the IVR Option Breakdown ReportTo see how many calls came into your main line and which options callers selected (Option 1, Option 2, etc.) for a specific date like July 8th, you will want to use the IVR Analytics feature in Performance Reports.Log into the RingCentral Admin Portal.Go to Analytics > Performance Reports.Set your Date Range to July 8th (and adjust the time filters if you need a specific hour window).Switch the report view/tab to IVR Menus.Select your main Auto-Receptionist / IVR Menu.Review the Menu Selections / Key Actions table—this will display the exact volume and percentage of calls that selected Option 1, Option 2, and so on.
