Hello
We don't have a direct, out-of-the-box way to measure or report on total time spent in Do Not Disturb (DND) or Availability states within the standard analytics tools.
While the standard portal is excellent for tracking active talk time, hold time, and call volumes, it does not currently generate a duration log or time-card report for user presence states (like Available, Unavailable, or DND).
Since this is a highly requested metric that would benefit many teams, I highly recommend submitting this as a feature request on our Ideas Portal. Our product and engineering teams review these submissions directly when planning future updates.
