We're using the Hubspot integration and haven't found a way to add our call log to our user reports dashboard to track the calls that they are making. Our users are also Contacts in the system in Hubspot. Has anyone else found a way to make this work?

Can you just add a report for "Activities"? Where your filtering includes "Activity type" is "Call". Then breakdown the report by "Activity assigned to".

Though I should admit that, while this "works", I am currently trying to get resolution to the issue causing only a small percentage of my RingCentral calls from being logged as activities in HubSpot. Documentation seems sparse, support (so far) seems to be relatively ineffective, just as every support operation is these days.
