Getting phone number that is assigned to user

Greetings,

I am trying to get a list of phones numbers assigned to each of our users. I am using Powershell and the API’s. I have it all setup in Developer and have a good script running, but phone numbers is eluding me. I have read the API page and I have googled, and they are both different. In User Settings API I don’t see this uri:

restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/$($record.id)/phone-number"

API only shows

restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId

no phone-number, but when I look at the Phone Numbers section I see this uri

restapi/v2/accounts/accountId/phone-numbers

Which one is the correct one should I be using to get the users phone number (main phone number assigned). Currently I have it showing some numbers but users that are supposed to have a number don’t. I have tried "DirectNumber", "Softphone", "DeskPhone", "MainCompanyNumber", "CompanyNumber".

To list an extension’s phone numbers, call this API. You can set the usageType to filter out numbers you are not interested.

You can also call the List Account Phone Number API as you showed above. Each record in the API’s response contains a phone number and an extension object which the number is assigned to. If the extension object is omitted, then the number is not assigned to any extension e.g. it’s still in the account inventory.

Thank you sir, I found out most of my issue was hitting the rate-limit. Until I started seeing in more detail I saw this as an issue. I have fixed it and now it all looks good. I will keep those APIs on my list and see if I can tweak my code in a way that's more efficient. Appreciate the feedback.
