Question

How to get calls per day, per user, in a report / analytics ?

I need a report that shows our team's calls per day, per user in a table.

Each column will be a date, and each row will be a user.

How can I do this in analytics?

Please watch this tutorial to learn how to build a trend chart and you can download the data.

Since this not a developer question, if you have further question about using the Analytics dashboard, please ask your question in the User Community.

Sorry to reply to such an old thread, but in hopes someone sees it:

I want exactly this same Analytics report info, but I want to import it on a daily basis into an external database. Which endpoints would I need to use to capture this info? Is it all in just this one endpoint? https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Log/readCompanyCallLog

    Yeah, that’s what i use.

Just note, that if you use a queue, and you want the data by person, you will need the detailed view and look at legs_json to get the person who picked up the call.

Thanks! I am still learning how to interpret the “legs” section. Who knew a simple phone call was bounced around so much before it is considered officially answered!
