Notes not working on Teams

I wasn’t able to find any outage related to this, and it’s concerning to hear that this is happening across your organization. I recommend reaching out to the Support Team so they can investigate further.

Hi, we have this issue with at least 3 customers and everytime we log a ticket it gets closed down to the issue resolving it self and then returning. If the customers use the stand alone RC app the problem does not occur.

Hi, thanks for sharing these details. Since you’ve been logging tickets, have you also escalated this issue to see if there’s a permanent fix?
