Yes - same. It’s sending 10x, but only delivering 1-2 times. Also some texts aren’t being delivered at all.

I am seeing this same issue across our org today (8/10/26). Is there something we can to do rectify this?

RingCentral Operations teams have implemented a fix for the SMS services and are seeing improvements to services. Outbound SMS messaging should be restored at this time. Inbound SMS messages may still be experiencing brief delays at this time. Teams will monitor for stability. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care. The next update will be provided in 4 hours or when a significant change in status occurs.

Let me know if you’re still experiencing an issue.
