Is there a way to create a contact list or group/team list through the admin portal for users on the RC app. In our case, we have some office phones that do not have an activated email so they do not appear on the company tab of the contact section. Only way I have figured right now is to tell the user to add the number/extension on the personal tab in the contact section.Thanks

Is there a report that will show all the numbers that have been blocked by my users which includes who blocked them? In the admin portal I am only seeing numbers that I have blocked for the organization.Thank you,

I just logged in as an administrator into the developer portal and created an App. However at the end of the app setup there is an error that the sandbox cannot be created. I tried creating a second app and got the same error. I don't see anything else I can do to fix this.

Hello - Help Please!I just completed the campaign section for our company and it immediately provided a "Registration unsuccessful' so when I click on the little (i) next to it the only explanation it provides is "Internal Server Error" What does this mean? I am trying to retrieve call logs prior to a year and as per the link below which explains the retention policies. I see that its for 1 year. When calling in and getting the auto attendant, using the dial by name option, it takes the system about 5 or 6 seconds between when you input the letters of the name to when it suggests a name. 5 seconds of dead air is long enough so you wonder if the system is still responding. It is far too long and I have had two complaints from incoming callers so far. They say are unsure if the system is responding.

Before migrating from Mitel, I could program quickdial extensions on my M695 and it would show me if that extension was on the phone, DND, or available. Is it possible to program those features on my IP6920/M695 on RingCentral? I can get something similar on the HUD, but I would like it all on the single screen of the expansion card.

We got a delivery of a Mitel Mitel 6940W IP Phone to assign to a user who was using an IP480. I went to Phone System > Searched for the user > and clicked on the "change phone button" > I assigned her the new IP 6940W from our inventory. I restarted but the new IP 640W is not displaying the users name (it just displays L1 with wrong time) and the phone does not ring when i dial the extension. I noticed that when i click on the phone in the admin portal it shows "Status: order in progress". Am I missing a step on how to assign the new phone to a user?
