I am wondering if I can connect the Ring Central Archiver to an Azure storage account using SFTP.

Hi,My problem is related to RingCentral's official JavaScript WebRTC SDK (https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone).The issue is that I can't make calls to external phone numbers (I believe), for example when I place a call to +18002758777 (USPS), I can't hear anything on the audio channel and in the logs I can see "407 Proxy Authentication Required" websocket message from the SIP Transport. This happens for all the public phone numbers I find on the Internet. However, I can successfully call my other user.Also, this doesn't happen when I call the phone number using the RingCentral app.I couldn't find any information about this in the docs or in the Community.Is this a matter of a configuration in the Admin Portal? I couldn't find any settings there that could be related to this issue.

I have an extension that is going on DND when call are sent to it. Is there a setting that is causing this?

Is there a way we can have 'short' extensions set up for transferring within a site?We have a large number of clinics each who usually only transfer between themselves: Each site has a 3 digit cost center, so for the most part our extensions are always costcenter and then the 'true' extension number.We sometimes have requests to try and shorten them, but it isn't really an option: Particularly for users who want to have reserved ones like extension 1 or 0.I did however come up with an idea which might be possible to implement: Site extensions.The idea is that each user (Or queue, etc) can have an optional site extension: This only has to be unique per site, and should ideally be turned on per site. Hi we are using RingCentral widgets to build the customized SMS chat application. I see that application using pubnub for notifications. When I read about pubnub, looks like its paid version when we have many users. Is this something we have to do or handled by Ringcentral already? Please confirm.

I used to be able to add Limited Extension into the Call Handling area on users as I would create a user called Ring All that would allow all phones to ring in a location. As of 12/20/22 I have noticed that I can no longer add Limited Extensions in to the Call Handling so they will ring with the rest of the phones in the location. Is this a new bug or a restriction that has been placed on limited extensions?

I have the call queue setup to ring all phones simultaneously. I'd like the calls to go to voicemail if no one picks up after 10 rings. Is that possible?

Hi, I am a super admin user and I can't send text messages using our company number. I can receive text messages but I can't reply to the conversation. Text messages using my direct number works fine but having troubles with company number. Thanks!

Our users receive email with Two Factor code if they choose this notification method, they receive a phone call with code if they choose this method, but if they choose SMS delivery they receive nothing, anyone have this trouble?

I would like to set up our main phone numbers to ring to more than 1 user extension at the same time and if no one answers, it would ring to an automated attendant / IVR menu,

We are trying to send a fax to a phone number with a fax machine that rings 5 times (about 30 seconds) before accepting the call as a fax. The RingCentral call log shows all these fax call results as 'Busy' with a call Length around 31 seconds. Why does RingCentral result these calls as busy? Is there a setting that sets the call as busy if it rings more than 30 seconds? A regular stand-alone fax machine sends to this fax machine just fine, just having problem with RingCentral.

I have been unable to submit a support ticket. I attempted separate times over the course of two weeks with the same result of a prompt regarding an issue with the site and to try again later. This was also done on two different browsers. After the most recent time I cleared my cache and cookies on Chrome and logged back in and received the same error message and just a loading image after hitting next when it asks for an alternate email address.

We keep getting a message from RingCentral saying "this number has been disabled. please contact your admin or ringcentral support" and I never disabled a number. I have no idea how this even got disabled.Any clues on how/why RC disabled outbound calls to a number?

Hello all, New to RingCentral Engage Voice (not Digital). Question - some of our agents are commenting that the system is hanging up on them while in the process of leaving their customers a voicemail on a manual outbound call. I know there are various timers associated with manual outbound calls, but cannot seem to find any information about what may be controlling the amount of time the agents have to leave voicemail messages.Any light that can be shed on this is much appreciated.Happy Holidays!Thank you!Selena

I'm having an issue with the red dot that indicates an unread message on the desktop app icon in the Windows task bar.The dot doesn't go away when I read all the unread messages, even if I click away after reading the last message. I have to close and re-open the RingCentral window every time I read a message in order for the red dot to clear. This does work every time - if I have no unread messages and the red dot is still there, it always clears when I close/reopen. It never clears on its own. My app is up to date... Anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
