Using API, Is there a way to add a Direct number to IVR.

I want to configure the HTTP web services but i am not able to find the web services .Can you provide the page on which page i can find it.i am looking for below services but not able to find Dev Tools.

First time poster and novice script writer. Please forgive any protocol transgressions. In our Nice inContact Contact Center, we are capturing calls to 30+ physician clinics and presenting IVR options to the callers. From the hours of 6:00 am to 8:00 am, we want to bypass those options and send the callers directly to option 1 of that IVR list . The script is built in Studio release version 22.2.020.1494. Including a screenshot but can add text of the script if needed.

Some of our call queues have been overwhelmed by spam calls lately, so I am trying to configure a Custom Answering Rule. We use Invoca as a "Ring Pool", meaning our website displays a special phone number, which when called redirects the caller to our RingCentral toll free number and call queue. I've already set Invoca to forward the calls with a specific caller ID, so that I can create a Custom Answering Rule for those calls. Can I create a second rule that sends all other calls to voicemail? I need all other calls to bypass the employee's phones without ringing the queue. I can't find a way to set an ELSE statement or set the order of the rules.

in a Call Queues i create 2 groups but when it ring on group 1, rings only on group 2 not on the group 1 how to change this to ring both groups

Five to ten times a day we receive inbound phone calls but no one answers on the other end. The caller ID numbers are always different. If we deny the call, it immediately rings again, up to ten times. If we call the number later we get a busy signal.

Hello,Has anyone else been experiencing their microphone randomly cut out when on a RingCentral Meetings call? This has started to happen to us recently and it's extremely frustrating to have to call in or leave the meeting and then re-join.

We have two admins who require remote access to use RingCentral. Currently, the authentication phone call only goes to one admin.How can I adjust settings so more than one person/phone number can authenticate?

There is no current presence event that is generated when an agent (or admin) changes their presence status with a specific queue.For example: An agent is a member of 3 queues but chooses to not accept queue calls from 1 queue.No event is generated to indicate the new status for that queue. However, if agents change their presence for all 3 queues, we do get a notifications.Is there a plan to add this important event for individual queues?

Hi!My team is working on call forwarding to transfer calls to our off-shore support but for some reasons the line is muffled and they are having trouble hearing the call. Connection, settings, and app is ok and up to date.

I keep searching for call recordings that are over two months old and finding that they aren't showing up. Do I have to manually pull all of these monthly or what's the deal? I purchased unlimited data storage for the call recordings through RingCentral but it doesn't appear to be working.

Under HUD you should see conference. It is not listed. Under actions at the top of the app start a conference call is not an option.

Hi,I have an application that uses "Webhook Subscriptions" as the only permission. I've been able to create a webhook that subscribes to telephony events. I also confirmed that I am getting those events by placing calls. However, in the graduation requirements I am still getting a red cross icon on "Webhook Subscriptions", everything else is green.Thanks
