I'm having a RC team meeting and would like the entire team be able to annotate on the screen a the same time. How do I make this happen?

Hello,We been testing out the new Ring Central Client on a few computers mainly for the IT staff but are now keen on rolling it out to all our users as it is a much improved client and it installs into the program files HURRAY!Now the problem we are facing is that the new ring central client does not remove the old classic client at all and there isn't an easy way to get the old client totally removed from the computers because of the to me very weird and annoying behaviour of installing it self in each users folder under c:usersxxxSo even if you uninstall the old client 20.2.x it still exists in the users folder and will start automatically if set to that even after 20.3.x which means the users probably won't even notice they have the new improved client.For me to get the old client removed I had to manually uninstal all the traces of the older client in add/remove programs manually delete the ring central classic folders everywhere as if i just removed it under my user profil

please help!! weird issue. calls come in and all phones ring. if one picks up it acts like it did but continues to ring on other phones and no one is on the call. this continues until everyone has answered. what could be the issue? we have dedicated ethernet to each phone all ports are open?? we are pulling our hair out trying to figure out this issue.

My company has cancelled all credit cards and I need to update my payment method. I've been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone to help me. I've done support tickets, online chat, voice messages and my boss has done the same. How in the heck can I get someone to help me?

On the new RingCentral app, when we go to fax, there's not option to type in the recipient's info such as To, Company Name, etc. like the RC Phone does. Any ideas?

Whenever I listen to voicemails from the mobile app they are very quiet. is there a way to turn up the volume or better yet have the VM play back on speaker phone.

Why does my first call of the day always go straight to voicemail?

The initial configuration of our business hours was 9 to 5. Outside that time frame, calls go direct to voicemail (as they should). However, when we adjusted our business hours (to 8:30 am from 9) calls between 8:30 and 9:00 am are still going direct to voice mail. The hours under Company Info are correct (revised hours) but no change. We checked everywhere we could for DND issues, but cannot find any that would be forcing the call direct to voice mail.

Hello, I added a new account with a new number on my admin portal. I'm using the RingCentral embeddable widget dialer. In the browser console, I'm getting this error: Conference group is not set for current account - it's posting data to this endpoint https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/conferencing. I'm getting a 503 Service unavailable. My other 2 users don't have this issue except for the new account.I can't seem to find how to enable this account with the conference group setting.Anyone seen this before?TIA

In RingCentral, in a call group, under notifications, you can set where voicemail notifications are sent. If you reference a Glip Team email address there, it will post to the team. This is all great, but due to the formatting, it takes a couple of pages for a single post... most of which is dead space. Is there a trick to consolidate this or clean it up?

Does anyone have success with a high quality third party Text-to-Speech Engine? I have tried IBM Watson in Beta mode. It was excellent and now it is gone. I need something simple, quick and prefer it free. I cannot find anything. Help appreciated.

Hi I am using my company Ring Central Account to test the API but every time I get Content: { "error" : "invalid_grant", "errors" : [ { "errorCode" : "OAU-140", "message" : "Invalid resource owner credentials" } ], "error_description" : "Invalid resource owner credentials"}I am using the correct username and password. I tried username with the account user name, my phone number, main company phone number but every time I get the same error.Do we need to 101 extension always or the extension number of the account of which we are using credentials.Thanks.

We used to have successful connection VIA glip / Asana. But now I can't even find it in the "Apps" section of Ring Central. Has this been discontinued?

Using the api I want to get a list of sms sent from our account. How do I do this?

We are new to RingCentral and was looking for some best practice guidance. On the sales side of our organization there is quite a bit of employee turnover. There are times when a licensed extension could be unused for weeks. Since the employees' DID's are provided to customers, when an employee leaves we do not want the calls to go unattended. I have implemented some work arounds but they seem a bit time consuming. Any ideas would be appreciated.Thank you

We're trying to integrate SMS: links in our internal web app to trigger the Windows desktop RC app to be able to send out a SMS. We can use tel: links for placing calls just fine, but when sms links are clicked, the RC app isn't one of the options Windows presents the user.We also tried the rcapp:// urls, but that doesn't open the correct RC app.Are standard SMS links supported, or is there another scheme for opening this specific app, or some other trick to get Windows to recognize and link sms links to the standard desktop app?

Relatively new to RingCentral. So my question is what are the possibilities of Ringcentral integration with Zoho crm?Any reference for that? Also, if RC softPhone is able to connect with zoho crm?

On both our main line and individual extensions, when someone leaves a voicemail it is taking about 40 minutes for the email to be sent.  We are using multiple email hosts (Gmail as well as a corporate email server) and all are experiencing the same delay, so the issue is definitely on the RingCentral side.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  We have requested support on this issue multiple times, but RingCentrlal continues to want to blame our side.  This delay is unacceptable and is costing us business.  Our stated return call times on a voicemail to our main number is 5 minutes and there is no way for us to meet that right now.
