Hi!I've been trying to connect form entries on Instapage to trigger an automated text via Ring Central through Zapier, but I keep getting the error: "The app returned "International SMS is not available for account."All of our numbers are domestic US. Ring central dev department will not get back to me. I've ensured the formatting of the numbers from the source submissions are forced to format US. Any answers for me?

Can anyone tell me how to get through the authentication process in sandbox mode? The Extension/sms remains a red x as well as <5% error rate and I cant seem to get them to the green checkAny help appreciated!

Your forcing us to upgrade during a pandemic when most people are working from home at our clients. Do we really have to manually uninstall and install the program on every computer or it will stop working? If I put in for the delay of the upgrade, do you have any idea when the final cut-over date will be that we have to upgrade by that the old app will stop working?

How can I turn off phone Ring Central but leave computer Ring Central ON?

Hi everyone,I have a basic account with 1 phone number. I created three extensions as a means to separate the calls. The main number and three extensions were all created with the same email address. When I sign into the app, I can only view 1 extension at a time. I am hoping to figure out a way to view the main number and three additional extension calls and messages at the same time on the app.Thanks!Jason

Can we have the feature to disable by user the E911 alert? It appears to pop up everytime the app starts and you go to dial out to someone. It adds that extra step before a user goes to dial and can be obtrusive most of the time. If I can disable by user, it would be helpful. Thanks!

Phone calls for every company have an average number of minutes. Meeting ID invalid. I'm not a registered user, I'm trying to view a presenter's RC meeting but when using my MacBook it says the meeting ID is invalid and my only option is to Leave. The same Meeting ID works on my ringcentral meetings app on my iPhone. I have the most recent version of RC downloaded and the most recent iOS. Please help.

Is there a filter on Analytics to allow you to see how many phone calls an employee misses when in a que call? Also to where they are accurate counting, so if the call is coming in and line 1 is on a call it not going to count against line 1 if line 2 answers the call. There is a column for missed, but it will w/ voicemail and for our situation they do not leave voicemails on each line its a main line.

I have a Call Queue and I am the manager of that call queue. How do I add another manager to a part of that call queue.

I have disabled all email notifications on my account, yet I still receive a separate email for every text I receive through ringcentral.I've read many other posts where people say to go into User preferences, then to Notifications; but as I said, they're literally all turned off.

This question pertains to a voicemail archiving programming I am writing in the API.When sending requests to the Message Store through the API, the response has an array called "to" that contains information about recipients. Clearly this is required for SMS as an SMS message can have multiple recipients. I, however, am using this API call to get voicemails. Assuming a voicemail can only have one recipient, then the "to" array would only ever have one element. Is this safe to assume?

It does not appear to be possible to block SPAM SMS messages sent from a short code (e.g. 78645).  The block icon does not appear when displaying the message in the windows application like it would for a text from a regular number and when you try to add the short code to the list of numbers in the settings window it does not accept the number and displays the message "Extension numbers cannot be blocked".  It doesn't work on the website either.  It adds a 1 to the short code (178645).

Is it possible to get a fax confirmation page that shows the first page you sent like most regular machines do? This is helpful for proof of fax and to show exactly what was sent. All I get is an email saying a fax was sent. That's helpful, but doesn't provide much proof to the recipient if they deny they received a certain document.

Ring Central Classic allows you to drag and drop documents when faxing. The new RingCentral app requires you to click the paperclip button and browse to the file location to attach it to the fax.How is it that as time goes by RingCentral gets worse instead of better? The decision to retire the old app was a collosal mistake when it offers reduced functionality compared to the "new" version.I know the canned response because I've seen it on other posts. "If you want to keep using the old app contact your account manager..." Yeah, good luck with that. My account manager won't even return my emails. Last time I needed something I had to contact her manager to get an issue resolved.

I'm told by support that if an incoming call that goes to a call queue and then is answered and forwarded to another user from there, it treats the call as a new call in the call log and strips caller ID and replaces it with the main company number.This seems like the most basic setup a decent size company could have. Someone calls in to an IVR, they push 0 to get to an operator. This sends them to a call queue of available operators to answer. They pick up and act as a receptionist and decide to forward the call to me internally. As soon as they do this, the original caller id is stripped from the call. So on my end it looks like my main company number is calling me. Even if the caller leaves a voicemail, I have no caller ID from them.I'm told by one support rep that this is a feature. I can't believe this doesn't effect more customers. I've dealt with countless phone systems being in IT and this seems crazy to me. Does anyone have any work arounds?

What is the difference between all the different RingCentral desktop/mobile apps? So far i have RingCentral, RingCentral Phone, and RingCentral Meetings. Do we need all 3 in order to access all features of ring central or can one of the apps be used for all? I imagine the 3 apps are somewhat redundant. Can we get an explanation of the three?

Hi @Phong Vu,I currently have a paid RIngCentral account (on Essential plan).I also have a Free RingCentral Developer account to test creating integration with my software using RIngCentral API. With this free developer account, I've been using a given sandbox phone number because I can't use my paid account with free developer account (is this right?).Before I can commit to continue paying for RingCentral, I need to proof the concept of using RingCentral Webhook and see if my integration can receive SMS via the Webhook.Can I try using the Free Developer account with either the given sandbox phone number, or my paid Essential real phone number to test Webhook integration?If yes, what do I need to enable in these accounts? Thank you so much for any quick input.

I'm very new to REST API's, but is there any way to re-send a welcome email via? I'm struggling to find anything like this in the documentation.
