Hi, teamI hope you're all having a good dayI'm writing this in behalf of my caller Amy, she would like to have this request implemented as soon as possible wherein the incoming caller ID number should appear on the logs right after a call. We did a replication on our end and base on our observation it took less then 30 seconds which I believe is normal, she was not happy about this and she would like us to fix this. She would want the incoming caller ID number to pop up right away right after the call on the logs where in she would not spend time to wait as she is a busy person. These offices have been paying for the Fax service for years and they like the feature to Scan-to-Fax built into the old RingCentral Phone (SoftPhone) application for their desktops.The new RingCentral app variation just seems to be a web app put into windowed form. The interface seems fine, but for faxing productivity.... what used to take one to two clicks to scan & fax a document from with the old RingCentral (Softphone) app, now takes a lot more effort because you have to scan with an external application, then switch back into the new RingCentral App to attach the file, then send.I recently upgraded an pediatric offices systems and software with the latest versions of all apps. Can I disable the public park on my RingCentral Phone? I know this an old app but I have to use it for the integration with eAgent. Please let me know. I don't want the staff to accidentally park the call there since we will not be using the park feature at all. Thank you

My team has been receiving complaints that all of the email notifications are delayed. I had it happen to me today where the meeting started at 9:30AM Central and the attendees had also joined at that time. Since I did not join, it sent me a notification.The notification sent to me is marked at 9:30AM but did not actually receive it until 9:45AM. Outlook shows a timestamp of being received at 9:45AM but it was sent by the sender at 9:30AM.Sounds like a queue issue on RingCentral Meetings outbound SMTP server.Anyone else noticing this?

When a receptionist puts a call on a public park, calls an extension, then picking up the parked call again, their phone sometimes crashes and restarts. This is happening on a Cisco 8861 desk phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I am scratching my head over the wording of this instruction in the API docs for Call Logs.The end datetime for resulting records in (ISO 8601)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601] format including timezone, for example 2016-03-10T18:07:52.534Z What does it mean, "including timezone" ?? In a call queue, is there any way to set up a greeting to play after a call has been picked up and the automatic call recording has begun? It is my understanding that the greeting will play, followed by the recording announcement, then the recording begins when an extension picks up. I'd like to be able to capture the greeting message and the announcement of recording for each call. Any ideas on if this is possible with RC? Thanks!

We see that %SLA is available for call queues only. Is it possible to get %SLA for the organization as a whole or for users?The reason is at our company, we have dedicated operators. example: press 1 for the English operator, press 2 for the Vietnamese operator, etc. These operators are users. The reasons why we didn't create call queues for the operators was we needed the operator to be able to pick up and hold multiple calls. From our understanding, once a user picks up from a call queue, they are unavailable to pick up more calls.So when the operator does not answer another incoming call (e.g., they were already in a call or couldn't get to the call fast enough), the call is routed to a call queue. So this call queue is there just in case the operator didn't answer. We can't use the %SLA in our statistics because it doesn't accurately reflect the operators. And we can't calculate the %SLA from the call log because the call log only indicates the dura

I have multiple RC rooms and there is a big need for my executives and others to connect to Zoom meetings also. I have been told there is not a way to make this work for them. Can you confirm this and if so, are there plans to make this work? This seems like a big feature to be missing.

I have 13 Yealink T48S phones. I would like to program the hotkeys to either intercom or page other phones Yealink T48S phones in the office. While the phone supports this when I set it up manually on the phone, Ringcentral provisioning does not, and reboots/overwrites the phone hotkeys.

The question was asked wrt hosting AGMs in RC, and doing elections (for the board of directors), where the results must not be visible to anyone, including those running the meeting.Is it possible to hide the individual results in this fashion?

Please include Jabra Evolve 80 in the upcoming remote call control release. Almost all Jabra Evolve products are named on the supported device list -- except Jabra Evolve 80. I have spoken with two RC Support people and have conflicting answers to the following.Is the RC Phone application required to be used when I want to use the Ring Group feature or can I still just use the RC Desktop application?

I keep both apps open -- one on my phone and one on my computer. For some reason, the calls come through to my cell phone faster than my computer. When I'm on a call through my RC app on my iPhone, my status still shows me as "available" on my RC app on my MacBook… even if I'm on the phone for 10-20 minutes. Every app is up-to-date. Help!

Hello all. So, I am not a computer whiz, know no code beyond what I learned in the 80's. I spoke with EZLynx and they gave me a link which will allow a pop to the client account. I found this article https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/RingCentral-Phone-Desktop-How-to-Trigger-EZLynx-Window-Matching-Incoming-Call-Number?language=en_US from Sept. 2019. I have looked through every RC app, admin portal and user portal and can find nowhere in settings that I can add this. I was directed my RC to the developers site, but again, I can't develop much more than a bad hangover. Anyone got any ideas for me? Thanks!

I think I may have missed something here. Trying to authorize so I can test other API calls. I seem to have to supply a login and password to authorize but I would think the ID and Secret would be enough. What step did I miss here? I'm using the RingCentral NuGet package inside a windows form application for now.
