Using release 10.2.2.31914 (64-bit) Desktop app. I am pretty sure this is Mojave related but not 100% sure. I have installed the app (and deleted and reinstalled 4+ times), every time my computer restarts I get the RingCentral window asking me if I Agree or Disagree with the RC terms. When I agree it basically installs the app. ( it is already on my HD). I then will have the app on my desktop just like a USB drive. I can eject it but the program still runs. Any thoughts on how to avoid this and download the app once and for all?

Our environment requires us to send faxes traditional way. Recently we switched to RingCentral telephone service and were planning to switch our fax machines also. To test it first, we port it only one machine. 90% of our faxes failure to send. Only few numbers that we can send them through. We are using Toshiba e-Studio 5055c with ECM disabled. Toshiba's e-Studio MFPs don't have baud settings for reducing transmit speed. Instead, they adjust speed automatically based on recipient. Interesting that faxes sent perfectly fine when using desktop app.Also, when faxes are sent of failure, there are no records under the log of that extension where fax machine connected to the corresponded ATA.Any suggestions?

We are trying to connect Cisco SX20s to RingCentral meetings but are having issues. We have several SX20s across the US and have used them with Jabber and GoToMeeting meetings without issues. We have purchased the Room Connector for each of our Cisco SX20s.The issues below are what we are experiencing:1. Laptops connected to meeting with presenter sharing a screen and other laptops able to see. When the Cisco SX20s connects it cannot see shared screen, it shows the cameras of the connected laptops (if shared). The presenter must stop their share then the laptop attached to the SX20 must share desktop and then stop the share. Immediately after that action the presenter can begin sharing their screen and the SX20 works perfectly. This process must be done on each SX20 joining the meeting. They must initiate a share in order to receive the shared screen.2. If a Cisco SX20 shares screen while there is another presenter then it will break the display ability on the SX20 they have to leave t

I'm setting up RingCentral on my iPhone for the first time. I can't find any Texting (SMS) option, just fax.I have a toll-free number as the main company number, but I have (2) local numbers each assigned to a separate extension. Can I text to/from those local numbers? If so, how?

I am no longer able to upload Apple files to Glip? ie. numbers, pages, photos etc.

I usually have a white noise youtube video going in the background to drown out distractions. When I place a call in RingCentral, the youtube noise volume gets reduced and stays lowered even after I hang up the call. I have to manually pause the video and unpause to get the volume back. Is there a way to fix this so that RingCentral doesn't lower the volume?

Right now, it appears that they can only access their outgoing calls. The only way they can access their incoming calls (via the call queue) is to give them admin access which opens a whole can of other access issues. Any other options? It seems counter-intuitive that customer service folks can't access their own calls.

I often have to transfer a call to a different party but speak with both parties before disconnecting. Example:Party A calls in to speak with Party B. I call Party B to make sure they're available, then I want to speak with Party A AND Party B ("Hi Party A, you're now on the line with Party B") and then hang up. I can accomplish this using the conference feature on the desktop phone (Polycom VVX 310) but not with the RingCentral App. If I use the conference feature on the RingCentral App, connect the callers, and then hang up, it disconnects everyone.Is there an easier, better way to accomplish this?

We have polycom phones and all incoming calls ring a single receptionist extension. If she answers a call and is speaking with someone and another call comes in, the system will not allow her to park the call in one of our preset call park locations. Are we missing something?

The Desktop application for RingCentral has issues with Windows 10 scaling.For some reason, the title bar cuts off the top row and forces me to click lower than the buttons are. It's incredibly difficult to open up my user settings because it's not even displayed.The laptops we use have high density monitors on them, so we have to scale from native 3200x1800 down to 1920x1080. Once that's done, Win10 turns on some funky scaling percentage setting that impacts application and font size. (This is most likely impacting the app - it messes with the title bars)4. The App interface appears to have changed, as I no longer see an option to select a "from" number -- in act, the entire "from" data field appears to be missing. Can someone please confirm that this is correct? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: SMS: Texting to and from the Main Number.

I am very new to Ringcentral. When I go by Click to dial, it shows me, "Your call could not be completed. Please try again later". Is it something about, Ringcentral issue ? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

How to install desktop phone

We are getting the following error: "The Information could not be saved. Please try again later"Any ideas on what to do?

I am at a loss here. I have the most up to date versions of Outlook and RC Meetings on my Mac. Both work fine on their own. I have installed the RC Meetings Plugin for Outlook. I have the "Add RingCentral Meeting" icon when creating a new meeting, however when I click the icon all that happens is the following message being displayed:Cannot find the RingCentral Meetings client on your computer. Install the RingCentral Meetings client.How do I troubleshoot this?

In the desktop application getting a "limit reached" error.  Using on a macbook pro with Yosemite OS.

I have successfully uploaded a list of contacts, I then created a group, but, I can not figure out how to send an SMS to the group.If I search for the group name, all of the contacts in that group show up, but, I can not send to all of them without clicking each individual member.Am I doing something wrong?

I am curious if I can add a virtual extension and tie it to a physical phone.

We have a US account with 3 users. One of our users uses the ringcentral app on her android and one client is complaining that there is a lag in conversation transmittal (he'll say something and our user doesn't hear it for a few seconds). He is the only person who has said this, and when I call the user from my Polycom phone to her ringcentral cellphone app, there is no lag. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it, or if it's even a problem on our end?

When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?
