Is there a way to have QM Evaluation forms Auto-save as we're filling them out. RC Contact Center doesn't recognize that I'm working on an active form, and when it times out, it closing out my form as well. I lose all the information I have already inputted. Every time I save it manually, it closes out and I have to go re-open. It is costing me a lot of time and frustration. Please let me know what others do with this problem.

If i add a caller to a call using the desktop app, i will be on the phone with party A. click add dial party b, then after i prep party b for the 3way call i will hit merge and it will show I am on a "conference" call in the app.When i am done with part b i want to disconnect them. On the old ring central app i used to be able to do that and hang up on specific callers.I can't figure out how to do that in the new app.

Is there a way to set different notification rules for SMS messaging for after hours/weekends/holidays? Would like to notify the Manager on Call of all SMS messages that come in. We have missed a few text messages that came in Friday night but we didn't see them until Monday. Just learned how to "manually" set up notification rules to rectify the issue. Trying to figured out if there is an automatic setting so that we don't have to manually set this up every Friday.

Having had used GoToMeeting and our organization is transitioning to Ringcentral, GoToMeeting showed you the maximum # of participants you could have for your meeting. This information is essential to be aware of, if you plan on having any meeting where you would need more participants than what you have been assigned by your administrator. Thus far, I have had to validate this information by contacting Ringcentral support, but nothing reassures me that this is truly the case for my account, especially if my administrator changes my plan, without my knowledge.

Issue: How to simply hit a button and Send a Meeting Invite from within Ring Central Meetings. We have hundreds of sales people without email clients installed and using their own email addresses from the web.Solution: Ring Central Meetings should have a button that says Send Meeting Invite and actually sends an email from their servers.... not require us to install email clients on hundreds of laptops that require us to maintain. (wishful thinking?) sad emoji

My Team is looking for a way to remove/edit the default meeting invitation to remove the verbiage "Hi There". I know there's an option to add text to the default, but is there an option to remove?

I have windows 10 and after I tried launching the RingCentral desktop app, I get a force close. So, I uninstalled and tried reinstalling. Then I get this error: The cabinet file 'softphone.cab' required for this installation is corrupt.Help!

We are looking to customize an IVR and then, based on options selected, having RingCentral make a Web API call to an API we build and host that will return data to be voiced back to the caller. This is similar to a banking IVR system to retrieve a balance. I am not seeing anything like this in the developer guide. Is this something that is possible?

Anyone else having issues with the user call activity report not updating for 24 hours?  I can pull activity from 2+ days ago, but every time I try to pull real-time, or yesterday's stats, everything has a value of zero.   I ALWAYS want to check stats real time, and every morning, to talk to reps about how yesterday went.  Why is reporting lagging for 24+hours?

Hello,Part of my duties are handling the phone for my office, and it would be great to see who/what number my coworkers are on the line with, not just that they're busy, in the instance, two coworkers are on the phone together, but a client needs to speak with either, and the coworker would like me to interrupt/transfer the call. Right now, I can't tell who coworkers are on the line with.Thanks!

We want to use RingCentral call routing feature. Currently we have created a sandbox account. The goal of our application is: retrieve the incoming call session status by using "pre-call control" and route the call to a specific number/extension using RingCentral Apis. We have found, the Call Control API requires the "Advanced User" permission. So, please help us to grant this permission so that we can access the Apis and proceed further. Also, please provide us the list of Apis, which will be used to complete these routing solution.

I do meetings where i have to share my screen with seniors and it is difficult for them to have to download the app to their phone or having to enter the meeting ID. How can they join by just clicking on the link that I text them from their phones?

The ability to duplicate the default "all employee group" on GLIP would be nice for internal company-wide notifications that are of a different subject matter. Currently, we use the "all employee group" for IT issues only. If I want to create a separate group to notify everyone of events, for example, each user I want to contact must be input individually. This easily becomes an issue if your org has 100+ users and is hiring new people all the time (they'd need to be added on an ongoing basis, which is hard to maintain!).

A lot of our extensions are receiving a large amount of spam calls / fax. How do we block all incoming calls to the extensions, and force all calls to go through the main auto-receptionist line only? Anyone with success doing this?
