We are a customer of yours and noticed you changed your primary email domain to ringcentral.biz from ringcentral.comYour email SPF Record is not correctly setup for ringcentral.biz, which is causing your emails to be rejected in our email security solution. This includes login security codes, voicemails, faxes, etc.This issue would affect many of your larger customers who have an email security solution in place.Tech Support had no clue what I was talking about and recommended me to provide this information to you via the community.

We ran out of minutes on our plan this month due to the amount of spam callers calling in to our number. I have been working with support to have theentl system hang up on the robo caller if no prompts are pushed. The problem is, the greeting has to run 3 times before the call is disconnected. Which again, takes a few minutes each call to go through. Curry there is no way they can make a change to disconnect after the first message. I am hopeful that someone there will address this issue before we have to change providers.

US Accountcase # 07226689On several calls a day we can not hear callers, when they call back we can hear them. We take appox 400 calls a day and about 10 a day can not hear us. I sent RC a report of 6 so far today.

When i click on the plug-in I get the message: Please check the current timezone in Outlook Regional configuration". I've unistalled and reinstalled both the Meetings App and the Plugin

how to delete voicemail on my laptop login at ring central - US account

I just started a new job and my company uses glip to message throughout the day. I receive the messages on my desktop but for some reason cannot seem to receive them on my phone. PLEASE help! So frustrating and cannot speak with someone at Ring Central.

First, I am not a developer but looking for answers to resolve an issue some of our clients are experiencing. We have a number of clients who use RingCentral who operate in a server-based environment, many of this connect via Remote Desktop to the server others via a dumb terminal that connects them directly to the server. I understand that it is not possible to run the RingCentral Soft phone on a server for more than one user.My first question is when will the ability for multiple users to be able to run the soft phone on a server be available? I see that it has been requested multiple times over the last few years but don't yet see a definite answer as to when/if this will be available. It seems that as more and more companies move to outsourcing this that it would be a priority.Second, given the limitation above the only solution is to install the soft phone on the user work station. After the call these users try to add/update information on the lead record and get the below error:"Changes Cannot Be Saved. The record you were editing was modified by Current User during your edit session."This is intermittent, so hard to predict exactly why it happens, but it must be part of the RingCentral integration as other users do not have this issue. Hello, I am new to the Community.How does a user control the order in which documents are faxed through Glip when attaching the documents? I thought that the pages were faxed in the order that they were attached... but now I have multiple examples where that is not the case.Thank you.

U.S. RingCentral user. RingCentral resources defines "many" CM or CRM compatible choices. We have iMacPro computers, currently with two users. Various wonderful software evaluation sites help; but cannot narrow our search based on our needs: (1) simplicity to enter contact data at time of first RC app phone call (address, email, phone and dated notes), then,(2) tracking future email communications, then (3) capability of printing email history, then (4) it would be nice to have seamless (mergeable) document creation if addition of custom fields is possible. But, the main point is "ease of data entry" at time of first phone call and later, without having complicated multi-screen (add-on) procedures. Our corporation will not become very large in the future.We appreciate your sharing your opinion and realize this is a very use-specific request; but our use is definitely not needing complicated marketing management, "pipelines" etc!PS:

Is there a way to dial the Dial by Name Company Directory from the desktop or mobile apps? I have tried entering the extension into the dial pad (Ext. 1050) and it tells me that it is an invalid extension. If I dial the same extension from a desk phone it works fine. Chat Support couldn't give me a clear answer. Thoughts or answers?

Several of our employee profiles at all of our locations randomly had their 911 addresses removed, disabling outbound calling. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We have a team in the Ring Central App (Glip) that isn't showing an Admin. None of the team members can archive the team. Any ideas on how we can archive it without an Admin, would be great.

US account. I have a user who cannot see their recent calls in the app without logging out/in to the app. They have re-installed the app and I have confirmed the firewall settings with the network team. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.thank you,John

I have some of our Polycom phones setup as common area phones. I don't see an option to change the line to voice only so I am not sure how to stop receiving faxes

Speed Dial: No contacts listed under Presence. When I try to setup speed dial and go to Users and Presence it does not show anyone to choose to add. My name and extension are the only ones showing.

My iOS RC Phone app does not consistently display caller's contacts while the phone is locked.The contacts are in my phone, and sometimes they display on the lock screen, but usually not. Today my support agent, Martin Vincent J , told me that 3rd party apps may not communicate with contacts while the phone is asleep. I find this hard to swallow because I've used the Bria app with a SIP phone and it worked 100% (displayed the contact name on the lock screen).I've had two unresolved support cases on this. Furthermore, my colleagues that are also RC Partners have this problem.

We have a US account with about 32 employees. I have had a request to be able to recall a call once you have transferred it. How do we do this? As the switchboard I use the desktop app but many use the mobile app.

Hi,I am new to Ringcentral and I am trying to get my bearings. I run a small business and used to use Vonage, with vonage I had the following when a customer calledPress option 1 for sales, 2 if you are an existing customer and 3 if you are a member of staff, when an option was pressed it was then sent to all then came through to my one telephone number as I am the only one answering calls...This then showed me on the desktop app and phone app which option has been pressed. I need it to show this information because sometimes I will not be picking up option 2/3 calls ie: in the evenings... but if a sales call option 1 is calling I would like to be notified that this is happening so that I can pick up the call...Anyway to show this info?Account type: UKThanks,Sam
