I'm setting up RingCentral on my iPhone for the first time. I can't find any Texting (SMS) option, just fax.I have a toll-free number as the main company number, but I have (2) local numbers each assigned to a separate extension. Can I text to/from those local numbers? If so, how?

I am no longer able to upload Apple files to Glip? ie. numbers, pages, photos etc.

I usually have a white noise youtube video going in the background to drown out distractions. When I place a call in RingCentral, the youtube noise volume gets reduced and stays lowered even after I hang up the call. I have to manually pause the video and unpause to get the volume back. Is there a way to fix this so that RingCentral doesn't lower the volume?

Right now, it appears that they can only access their outgoing calls. The only way they can access their incoming calls (via the call queue) is to give them admin access which opens a whole can of other access issues. Any other options? It seems counter-intuitive that customer service folks can't access their own calls.

I often have to transfer a call to a different party but speak with both parties before disconnecting. Example:Party A calls in to speak with Party B. I call Party B to make sure they're available, then I want to speak with Party A AND Party B ("Hi Party A, you're now on the line with Party B") and then hang up. I can accomplish this using the conference feature on the desktop phone (Polycom VVX 310) but not with the RingCentral App. If I use the conference feature on the RingCentral App, connect the callers, and then hang up, it disconnects everyone.Is there an easier, better way to accomplish this?

We have polycom phones and all incoming calls ring a single receptionist extension. If she answers a call and is speaking with someone and another call comes in, the system will not allow her to park the call in one of our preset call park locations. Are we missing something?

The App interface appears to have changed, as I no longer see an option to select a "from" number -- in act, the entire "from" data field appears to be missing. I am very new to Ringcentral. When I go by Click to dial, it shows me, "Your call could not be completed. Please try again later". Is it something about, Ringcentral issue ? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

How to install desktop phone

We are getting the following error: "The Information could not be saved. Please try again later"Any ideas on what to do?

I am at a loss here. I have the most up to date versions of Outlook and RC Meetings on my Mac. Both work fine on their own. I have installed the RC Meetings Plugin for Outlook. I have the "Add RingCentral Meeting" icon when creating a new meeting, however when I click the icon all that happens is the following message being displayed:Cannot find the RingCentral Meetings client on your computer. Install the RingCentral Meetings client.How do I troubleshoot this?

I have successfully uploaded a list of contacts, I then created a group, but, I can not figure out how to send an SMS to the group.If I search for the group name, all of the contacts in that group show up, but, I can not send to all of them without clicking each individual member.Am I doing something wrong?

I am curious if I can add a virtual extension and tie it to a physical phone.

We have a US account with 3 users. One of our users uses the ringcentral app on her android and one client is complaining that there is a lag in conversation transmittal (he'll say something and our user doesn't hear it for a few seconds). He is the only person who has said this, and when I call the user from my Polycom phone to her ringcentral cellphone app, there is no lag. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it, or if it's even a problem on our end?

When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?

On the auto-receptionist default company greeting it is just saying 'my company name' instead of our actual company name. What am I doing wrong? The correct name is set up in the company profile section.

Hello,I have a Cisco SPA525G Digital Sidecar. I want to be able to add shortcuts/favorites to that so I can just hit the button and it dial the number. I want these to be other businesses and individuals I work with outside of my Company. So I do not want it to be internal.Is this possible?Thanks

Downloaded Ring app to Iphone 6s Plus. When a call comes in the caller can't hear me. I can hear them though. If I push the keypad on phone they hear that on the callers side but cannot hear my voice. Any Ideas?
