Why are my customers not making it to my ringcentral contacts

How do I retrieve all my customers and phone numbers from your cloud so I can text them. I uploaded my customers when I started with you and we could instantly see them on all our phones. Any new customers since then can be seen by all phones but are not on my customer list in RingCentral Contacts
