Is there a way to view IM conversation history in the RC app (Glip) between two users from the Admin portal?

Trying to send fax to domestic number using (###) ###-#### format but fax is failing and RingCentral is showing foreign +## (##) ###### as attempted number

My companies primary internet provider is Comcast. We've been having on and off again issues with them recently so we had AT&T install a backup line for internet connectivity. Can any of the Ringcentral approved routers support two internet connection inputs and switch between them if it senses issues with the primary connection? I would like to avoid having to physically pull out the network cable and switch it in case I'm not at the office.

We are new to RC. My users are adding the RC Phone app to their cell phones.We are finding that when a users desk is called, his cell call is put on hold. We do want the calls forwarded to the cell phone just not to interrupt the existing call.

I see the message was 40 secs in length, but no sound. Speakers are turned on, RC sound is at max.

Using RingCentral meetings (Zoom) from Contact Center Chrome plugin. Is it possible?Easy enough with the Chrome Plugin for non contact center agents, but our agents frequently have to remote into customer PCs or screen share and see no way to do it from Contact Center.

I'm trying to interface an existing Valcom V-2901A Universal Door Answering System with RingCentral. I connected it via a Cisco SPA122, but ended up frying the ATA because I was connecting two FXS ports together. Luckily I didn't damage the V-2901A.Valcom tech support said that the correct device for this application is their VIP-821A, which provides the FXO port the V-2901A is looking for and interfaces that to SIP. I've purchased one but am having trouble getting it registered on RingCentral. I added it as an existing device and got the SIP settings required by RingCentral, but the Valcom uses different terminology and has additional settings that aren't mentioned by RingCentral.The SIP settings that can be configured for the Valcom are:Phone number -- I think this is the RingCentral SIP User nameAuthentication Name -- I think this is the RingCentral SIP Authorization IDSecret -- I think this

I'm bit confused about subscription renewal, I've successfully followed the tutorial for presence events and I now get notified, but after I went through this tutorial https://ringcentral-tutorials.github.io/subscription-basics-nodejs-demo/ I'm confused about subscription renewals do they get handled internally or do we need to use an API after every x interval to renew the subscription to make sure we keep getting the notifications?

We have just joined RingCentral and had our account set up today. We have been given a new telephone number, however we would like a non geographic business number. In the UK these will start 03 or 08 and we would ideally like a list to pick from. I'm unsure how we would go about this and need help so that we can begin using RingCentral.ThanksGeorge

When I open RingCentral on my desktop it always opens partially off screen on the top left. This makes it to where I can not reach the title bar of the program to move it. What can I do to fix this?

I have the two agents saved as extensions 800 and 801. When someone calls the sign phone number the auto receptionist says "Press 1 if you are an unrepresented buyer, 2 if you are a represented buy" and it is supposed to alternate between extension 800 and 801.... That's not happening and I can't figure it out. Tech support can never seem to get it right.....

Hello,I'm building an application that needs to subscribe to webhooks for telephony events (/restapi/v1.0/account/:id/telephony/sessions). When trying to add a webhook subscription we got the following error:"Required application permission [CallControl] is missing"After adding that permission to our application we're able to successfully subscribe. The problem is making valid requests using the "Call Control" permission in order to pass app graduation. That's the only permission showing up in the dashboard saying we haven't made any requests using that permission:We don't have plans to use any of the APIs using that permission. I have the RingCentral add-on for Chrome. I use 2 screens, my laptop and a monitor. I currently have 2 phones popping up when I dial, 1 on each screen. How do I fix this so just 1 phone is popping up on my laptop? This is driving me insane!

Some users are using Outlook with RC Meetings Plugin and G Suite Sync to create RC Meetings. We have noticed that when a meeting is created inside of outlook and gets sent to the proper invitees. The message invite that appears in the recipients Gmail Inbox appears blank. The only thing attached is a .ics file attachment. We realize that the invite gets added to the recipients Google calendar but would like there to be a direct link to join the meeting inside the body of the initial invite (this was the functionality in the past). I believe an update for some app (windows, RC meetings, outlook?) may have broken this functionality.I have tried numerous things such as reinstalling all applications. Trying on a fresh install of windows, going through RC support and Google support and nobody can seem to aid in this issue.Again, when we create RC Meetings from Outlook those invites sent to Gmail are appearing blank in the email . I too have blocked several numbers from ROBO callers and they still keep calling into our Ring Central phones. I thought that when a number is blocked they would never be able to call you again, until the number is unblocked. Why is this happening only with Ring Central??? My home phone and cell phone block numbers just as they are supposed to do, but not Ring Central. There has to be a way to make this work properly

After the update this morning, internal company contacts are missing for all users, with the exception of the user itself. Is this a known issue yet? Seems like one other user was blocked from downloading the update. Wondering if it is related to a patch being worked on?

When I place a call out there is a huge (15 seconds or more) delay from when I speak and when the other person hears what I've said. This problem began when I got the iphone pro ios 13.2.2 How do I solve this?

It would be great to have the ability to move (flip) a call from a deskphone to the RC App on a PC. I seem to remember being able to do this with the older RC phone app, as it appeared as a 'soft phone' in the call-flip list, but this does not work in the newer RC desktop app (glip).
