I have one Primary account and two secondary accounts linked to that primary account.I have created two different applications in developer's console and tested them.I want one application's production credentials to be the first secondary account credentials and second application to have second secondary account credentials respectively. How can i do that ? In production my application is showing primary account credentials instead of secondary account credentials.

Do you have integration with Oulook or Microsoft Dynamics us Internet Explorer or Edge .. i.e. without requiring Chrome ... all my Chrome efforts have failed ... and since I don't use Chrome generally I would prefer not to have to solve that problem but use IE or Edge since most of our internet applications require IE or Edge ... Though we are able to successfully logged in using RC OAuth 2.0 Authentication.After receiving the access token we need to get user phone number(direct number) which he was used for RC OAuth login. Then only we can use the same number during RingOut (from field).Is there any way to find out . I have been searching in the RC Document. RC support docs show its supports an native integration with Salesforce.com. Client subscribed on that basis. Only to find out that the integration and related support is not compatible with the newer version of Salesforce, which came out over a year ago, called Lightning. This seems like a big selling point. Is there a timetable to make the integration compatible with the current version of Salesforce?

We are retrieving user message log for 6 month period containing as many as 2,000 records and hundreds of message attachment URIs (mpegs and pdfs).Our follow-up attempts to retrieve actual message attachments in a loop is causing rate exceed limit errors.Does the Batch Request GET method support fetching actual binary text files (i.e.in blocks of 50)?If not, is there another batch operation we can use to overcome rate exceed limit and accelerate the retrieval of large quantities of attachment binaries?

So I've been trying to set up this integration for us at our office, as it would help support quickly find and make phone calls. So far, I have been able to set it up so that I can make outbound calls. However, I have not been able to find a setting/switch/anything to allow inbound calls. I have tried multiple lines, but it just doesn't want to come through.I did not find anything in the setup guide, or the community regarding this issue. As far as I've read, you log in, enter the number of the line for the agent using it, and it should 'just work'. Am I missing something, or is this a known issue?

Potential typo in the API doc and API Explorer and Developer Guide. We are planning to build a system where users can log in to ringcentral via our portal and receive realtime pubnub notifications in the browser. The problem that we are facing is:When multiple users login to ringcentral through the same number, the pubnub notifications for a call are transmitted to all the users. So if there are 3 calls at a time, all the users are notified about all 3 calls. Is it in anyway possible to map the user who attended to a call so that the browser notifications are shown accordingly to the users?

When POSTing from vb, I get the error "unable to parse fax envelope". The POST payload looks exactly the same as the one I am sending from the REST client which works fine.It took a while to realize that I should only use Line Feeds "Chr(10)" and not Carriage Returns "Chr(13)" !!!I searched this site looking for an answer, but I guess no one else had run into this problem before.Hopefully, this will save the next person some time.

I applied for Production yesterday hoping I would make it by the time you guys have your meeting, but I missed it because I was waiting for stats to update online in order to click apply for production. I am trying to build a Windows service that can collect call-log data from the RingCentral system, as real-time as possible. I am working in .NET Visual Basic. I have been able to POST requests to the RingCentral URL and get responses. I have also created a PubNub account and can Publish and Subscribe just fine. I understand that at RingCentral, I am supposed to POST a Subscription request and get my DeliveryMode Address and SubscriptionKey. I can see how they can be integrated with the PubNub URL. In one of the PubNub examples, I was able to Publish a string and subsequently Subscribe to the Channel and retrieve the string. What I am trying to understand is how do I access the new RingCentral notifications? Do I have to keep checking the PubNub URL for new data? Is PubNub the data host and that is why I have to query PubNub and not RingCentral directly? I don't have a data stream to test against, so when I Subscribe to PubNub I get nothing significant back. In our environment, we have a Palo Alto firewall that monitors traffic to determine which internet circuit to send traffic out of. For example, all voice traffic and ringcentral traffic is set to go out a specific circuit and all internet browsing goes out another. My problem arises when my app tries to subscribe while this advanced policy based forwarding is turned on. What happens is that call to subscribe to the events happens, it goes out internet connection A, but the SDK makes a call to Amazon AWS for some reason, and that traffic goes out connection B. The mismatch on circuits causes the subscription to error out with: " The underlying connection was closed."How I can fix this problem is by telling the firewall to route all of theses requests to go out the same circuit/internet connection. The problem is, I do not have a list of DNS addresses that it is looking for and the IP changes for Amazon AWS. Is there a way someone can tell me what DNS addresses or what IP range
