Hello!Here is a situation. I currently have a fax system for our office with Biscom Fax. All of the incoming faxes will be converted to a searchable PDF file. The files will be stored on a network folder, where all of the employees can access too. Everything is pretty instantaneous. Is there a way we can do this for Ringcentral? My goal is to create a centralize fax system for all of my staffs.

The Detailed Call Log for a particular user is averaging a higher percentage of "Not Connected" calls than others on the team. What are the best reports/logs that we can look at to give us some insight? Calls are placed using the mobile app.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you,

After successfull JWT authorization for Client ID 5kbWr8Q48FFbdt4wl2f6q4 (Avaya Cloud Office - Sandbox - RingCentral Softphone Demo CSharp), the first Rest API call "SipProvision" fails w/ error message "SPR-112 Client Edition is not compatible with current Brand". The app setting is configured as "public" and NOT limited to brand "Avaya Cloud Office". As authorization method is JWT, I have no idea how to configure brandid 6010 inside C# program code. Please note: Auth via "Password" is no longer supported. Furthermore we're going to build a server-side app (Windows Service in C#), that's why rc.Authorize is called w/ JWT.

How do I view who has called after hours? I want to figure out if we need to lengthen our business hours but can't find a report that shows how many/who has called after hours.

Example: Someone will be out of office; and we need for their inbound SMS text messages to forward to a different extension while they're out of office- similar to call forwarding, but for SMS.

When using RC Android app to make phone calls to answer calls, sound is not transmitted via phone's microphone. Only way for me to get the microphone to work is by switching to speaker and then switching back to microphone.I don't have this issue with any other apps on my phone. I don't know if there is any specific settings on RC. If so, I can't seem to find it. I see the microphone icon in the status bar and it shows RC has the access, so I don't think it's a permission issue.Has anyone seen this? It's annoying and potentially have privacy issues.I'm using Pixel 6, Android 13. I also tried reinstalling the app.

Good day! We are using Ring Central to send SMS to some of our customers. The SMS contains a shortened link to our ordering form. The original ordering form is very long and would use up the SMS character limit.However, the shortened link is being blocked. We are very experienced in Ring Central and networking.. but we are not coders.We have a large customer ( in excess of 600 users) that wants to develop integrations between Ring Central and their CRM and centralized reporting software.When approaching the software groups.. they don't seem interested in development , claiming they don't know anything about Ring Central's APII'm confident if we could partner with an experienced Ring Central developer we could push this process along but, I don't know where to start to find that talent.

Like the title says, Control + V pasting no longer works. I can paste without formatting, but that defeats the purpose as I need it formatted. In the previous version, RingCentral would allow control v to paste as is and I'd have to do very little formatting to my bulleted list. Now, when hit control v it does nothing. However, when I paste without formatting, it pastes the bulleted list, but without any formatting, which is a total mess and defeats the purpose entirely because I have to basically type it from scratch. Please put it back the way it was.

How do we turn off the notification if a team member was added or team name changed? We have had an issue where someone deleted the team alert and another member still has the notification. Is there a way to turn off notifications when the team name changes or adds a member? There isn't a notification when a team member is removed or deleted.

Sometimes the office is closed unexpectedly, I'd like for a way to have the receptionist just dial a keycode, or press a soft button that will just divert all calls to an out of office mailbox for our IVR. We used to be able to do this with our old system.It's very frustrating that I have to log in and make the changes manually to our call flow.

I've recently created an app that is currently in sandbox. When I try to use this app and the credentials generated to make a phone call, I get:"In order to call this API endpoint, one of the following permissions [RingOut] have to be granted to the authorized user."I have seen other questions similar to this, and the general answer is to log-in to the admin portal and grant that user the proper "Role" for that permission. However, I'm a bit confused here - when I log in to https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com and look at Users, I only see myself (super admin) which is the same number/username I'm trying to issue my call from and getting this permissions error. How do I grant my specific app or clientID "RingOut" permission? It already is added as an application scope.

I am looking for examples on how to properly handle ping/pong requests using the .net sdk when using websockets.Currently the sdk does not seem automatically handle this and the servers gets disconnected after some time du to inactivity.My understanding is that after some time, the ringcentral server will send a ping frame and we need to respond (somehow) to this with a pong frame according to this documentation: https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/notifications/websockets/heart-beatsI can`t find any examples on how to accomplish this using the .net sdk.Thanks.

We bought into ringcentral through spectrum and they assured me this would work. It doesn't and I want to make sure I purchase what I need to fix this disaster. I've seen the bogen tamb2 used to bridge the gap from the ata to the amp. Anyone familiar with this? I also emailed valcom and they said their VRCPA paging adapter would work with ring central without the ATA. Any help is appreciated.

For inbound calls, we received the CLID just fine but no CNAM. Is this a RC limitation? Customers that called us before we migrated to RingCentral had their CNAM shown on inbound calls, same customers call same number and now only CLID shows.

Simple feature request - would be very easy to implement. Scenario is this:* Queue is set up to ring multiple people simultaneously* Those people are set to AVAILABLE and all of their phones ring - but they may not want to answer it so they REJECT the incoming call (hit the red hang up button). Today - they system keeps ringing that person back over and over again throughout the QUEUE wait time - until it sends the caller to voicemail. If you set wait time to 30 seconds, and you keep rejecting the call - you get literally 10+ rings.* SIMPLE solution - you have an existing setting under the QUEUE call handling setup - under WAIT SETTINGS - that says: "When members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable".... and the ONLY Option for normal users is "WAIT". RFE: Simply add a second option here which is "SEND TO VOICEMAIL". That way, if the people called by the queue ALL reject the incomin

URGENT!!!I'm not sure when this started, but everyone is able to see when a call is being monitored. You can see here that ext 8006 is monitoring 8002. How do I disable this?!?!

HelloThe ring central application on my Dell computer will not ring when any one calls. Instead, it waits until the person has disconnected from the attempted call and then Ring Central notifies me that I have a missed call. I have verified my settings are correct and notifications are coming through as normal. When I do call someone they cannot hear me at all although I can hear them.This same thing occurs when I log into Ring Central through Chrome. The Ring Central app works perfectly fine call wise on my personal cell phone. As far as the application on my computer goes I can still text and fax documents no problem. The only issue is with calling.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank You
