When executing the "GetCallQueuePresence" the parameter "acceptCurrentQueueCalls" is not returned (according documentation it should be available) - see screenshot.Why is the parameter missing?

We have 2 users and 2 physical phones. I setup a ring group, which seemed to be working properly, until we discovered the second user cannot have a call ring through to his mobile app (his app accepts calls made to his extension). I went to the settings page, and the "ring group" is for "user #1 desktop and mobile", and then for "both of our physical Yealink phones (listed together as 1 box)". I tried to add user #2 desktop and mobile, but then I got this error:"When selecting simultaneous distribution, there can only be up to 2 phones enabled. When selecting sequential distribution, there can only be up to 2 phones inside a ring group. Reduce the number of active phones or number of phones inside ring groups in Call Handling & Forwarding in order to change this setting."Is there a way that both user's apps and both physical phones ring simultaneously?

Is there a way to remove just one guest without blocking their entire domain?

How could I go about splitting the incoming calls from a certain extension to automatically switch over to a new extension after a certain amount of hours. We have two call shifts during the day: 8:30-1, and 1-4:30. Two separate people, with two separate extensions that we have to manually switch each time. Is there a way to do this automatically? I looked at the "User Hours" under Settings, does this affect a single user, if so, if I set one user to one shifts hours, and another person to the second shift, will the extension automatically switch?

We have sent 16 emails to our account manager and her manager (who has been on leave) without any luck. We only had one meeting with our account manager after I raised a ticket with the billing department to talk to someone and she disappeared again after that.We need to talk to someone new and not the same person, it's really important to talk to an account manager ASAP. When going through the TCR Registration process and creating a campaign, there is an option for Conversational Standard Volume vs. Low Volume. I am a bit confused. We will only use text messages for communication with customers regarding scheduling quotes and jobs. Normal, casual conversation. No "marketing campaigns." We will likely be sending less than 15,000 messages per month, but I feel like when we are having a normal conversation with a customer, we may send more than 6 messages per minute during a conversation? Curious on if I should choose the Low Volume option and just deal with the 6 message limit per minute, or if I need to get the Standard Volume option. Any guidance will be appreciated, thanks!

We are working on a project to have a supervisor listen in on the calls being made (live). While going through the API reference guide (Supervisor session) In that, it is asking for a telephony sessionid. I'm sorry, but I cant seem to find a API link to list ALL current active sessions at account level. I am using API to send fax. Fax shows my company name on top left corner "From:<My CompanyName>"How can I change or hide that name. I have tried changing the Caller ID in Admin > Phone System > Caller ID Name but that does not seem to take effect.

Does RingCentral provide a 'Video Conference Screen Share tool with Web Based Remote Access/Control? When trying out RingCentral, I could't find the Request Remote Control button, in the View Options dropdown. Is this features still supported? Settings seem to be setup well... Maybe it's not part of the Free trial plan? We just migrated from another Ring Central system, and one the old setup, if a user was on the phone it would ring and not try to send to voicemail regardless of how many times. On new system, it rings about two times and then dumps into the voicemail. Any ideas of how to set up in the previous manner?

I have 8 members in my call queue, but I have a staggered work schedule. so my custom rules are like 8am-10am, 10am-12, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm. Problem is that of the 8 members, only 2 are available to answer phones in the 8am-10am time frame. how do I exclude the other 6?

When a user is on an active call or logged into a RingCentral meeting, they still receive the pop up for incoming calls and the ring/notification. This is especially frustrating for call queue members who are on support calls with clients or on a RC Meeting assisting a client and they are continually receiving incoming calls. How can we set it up in RingCentral at a user or call queue level to not pop up and ring a user who is on an active call or on a RingCentral meeting? I have been chatting with RC Support and searching the support and community posts and have not been successful in resolving this. Can anyone help?

Is there a way to create a contact list or group/team list through the admin portal for users on the RC app. In our case, we have some office phones that do not have an activated email so they do not appear on the company tab of the contact section. Only way I have figured right now is to tell the user to add the number/extension on the personal tab in the contact section.Thanks

Hello - Help Please!I just completed the campaign section for our company and it immediately provided a "Registration unsuccessful' so when I click on the little (i) next to it the only explanation it provides is "Internal Server Error" What does this mean? I followed the steps accordingly and answered all the questions, but I'm not sure why we got this TCR status. Please advise.
