Will RingCX allow bulk archiving of prior lead lists?

    Hey!
I think this might be the ticket.

    Archiving a lead list

Archiving hides a list from view while preserving all lead and interaction history for reporting. You can archive a list immediately, schedule an archive for later, or restore an archived list.

    To archive a list immediately:

    • Click the Edit icon next to the list.
    • In the State dropdown, select Archived
    • Click Save

    To schedule an archive:

    • Click the Edit icon next to the list.
    • Check Schedule archive
    • Select the date and time (displayed in your account’s time zone).

    • Click Save

    To un-archive a list:

    • On the Campaign Loaded Lists page, select Archived from the State dropdown.
    • Click the Edit icon, and choose your desired state.
    • Click Save

But you can poke around this KB for a more holistic view on Managing Uploaded Lead Lists

Let me know if this hits the mark...and if not, we’ll take a deeper dive.

    I appreciate the answer!

While this is the process to archive “one” lead list, I am looking to see if there is a way to archive several lead lists (in bulk) from the past at one time. Several as in hundreds! I am looking to try and avoid having someone go through each one of the daily past lead lists manually and change each one of them individually. You can imagine that this will be tedious and time consuming!

    Thank You!

Okay, I hear you! Let me dig in a bit further. You got other stuff to do than manually archiving each and every one of those lists!
    More soon!

Lol. I don’t disagree with that! However, we currently have an open ticket where archiving the prior lists was something we were told might correct the issue and to give it a try. I will keep an eye out here to see if you find anything. Otherwise, we will have to archive them one by one to see if that helps.

Will you DM me with your case number so we can connect with the internal team?
Or DM me with your company name?
