    Hi @Joseph-Castillo,

Dragging the app to the Trash won't work if the RingCentral app is still secretly running in the background! Once you completely shut it down, you will be able to delete it right away.

Here is how to close it and uninstall it from your Mac:

Step 1: Force Quit the App First

    1. On your keyboard, press Cmd + Option + Esc to open the Force Quit window.

    2. Look for RingCentral in the list, click on it, and click Force Quit. (Alternatively, click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen and select Force Quit).

Step 2: Move RingCentral to the Trash

    1. Open Finder and click on Applications on the left side.

    2. Find the RingCentral app.

    3. Drag it to the Trash (or right-click it and select Move to Trash).

    4. Right-click your Trash can on the dock and select Empty Trash.
