We have two phones in our office. I would like them to both ring at the same time so that either phone can answer the call

​@SLEAD,It all depends if you want this to happen in a call center setup or just native RingEx.If you want to track who answers the phone, I would recommend a call queue setup (Option A). You will create an account for each phone/person and then create a call queue and add those lines as call queue members and set the ring pattern to “simultaneous”. This will allow queueing, in case both lines are in use and people are still calling in.If you don’t care about queueing or tracking, then you can add both devices to a single phone line (RingEx account) and it will behave the same way. They will work as twins/clones in case you want the line available in different locations (ex. you need an extension available at a front desk but also the same line at a warehouse or remote location).Hope this helps,Jose
