Training Credit Question

I completed all Ring CX Training however it doesn’t show as completed like the others. Any reason why not? Please advise

Refresh your dashboard: Sometimes the status just needs a manual nudge.
Try a different browser or Incognito mode: This helps check if a cached version of the page is hiding your progress.
Verify all modules: Double-check that every "Knowledge Check" or "Satisfaction Survey" within the RingCX course has a checkmark, as missing even one small item can keep the whole course from marking as complete.
