Hello,I am very new to coding, API ect.Basically I am trying to import call log information using Zapier into a google sheet. There are data sample fields that are not coming through via Zapier that we require in order to use the data. "Result" data is the main field we need that will not zap through.I have been told we need a custom API for that, but I have no idea where to start, nor do I understand what needs to be done once I have a custom API.Any help provided would be appreciated.Thanks

I am trying to find an API call that can get the status of the “accept call queues” button on the mobile app.We are building a wallboard app and have the required info from https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/call-queues apart from knowing if “accept call queues” is on or offThis is used to make people unavailable in a queue, not to be confused with presence status, which i can get already from https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/presenceYou might want to be available but not take call queuesThanks

ringout api c# soln - not getting authorized

I loaded v.0.3.5 of the ringcentral Maven artifact into my Java project, but do not see the CreateFaxMessageRequest or MessageStoreCallerInfoRequest classes in the com.ringcentral.definitions package (although I see the classes in Git).Does the artifact need to be rebuilt or is there a different version I should use in my Maven project?

I am working building a desktop app that will broadcast a text message to phone numbers imported from a excel sheet.My question is once i figure everything out. Is there a limit how many text message can be sent per min, per day, etc. and is there limit of total text message can be sent. i have about 2000 phone number that i need to send text message to, afterwords about 100 text message everyday.

We are exploring sdk currently. looking for an easy example to read the attachment once we receive the fax. Java, C# or any python example

How can we get to know user current status on different extension

I went through all the auth mechanisms and selected password authentication for my basic usage. I want some help and idea for creating a system that sends sms automatically after few interval that contains system monitoring status. How can I create a polling system to automate sms messages to sends to the application team with the system status at regular interval.Also does it require authentication everytime it sends messages automatically?

We are hoping to use the Quality Management of Ring Central. We've been able to figure out how to create the call review forms, but is there a way to export the data from each individual item on the call review form. For example, in the performance management section, I can see the overall scores and average score. But we need to see where we need improvement in specific areas that we are looking for in the call review form. I hope that make sense.
