Hello All,I am trying to create a C# web application using RC API's for C#.In my page_load method I try to log into RC using their tutorial for C# api, but I cannot get logged in.I get error Request to https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/oauth/token failed with status code 400 (Bad Request).I can log into developer.reingcentral.com just fine, but through my web app it will not log in.I eventually want to log in, and get a list/count of all calls made by all users, so I can report on how many calls each user has made, and put that into a gridview.Can anyone help and or provide sample code on how to properly setup my Sandbox with the proper platform type, and steps on how I should set up my web app.Thanks,KS.

After this past weekend, I have started receiving a lot of 500 errors from RingCentral with no code change.Is it possible to know if this is truly an issue on your side?And would it be possible to get a status.ringcentral.com type page that would let people know if the API was up or not?

We have recently added the Embedded Javascript widget to our application. Our users universally hate it because it cannot be moved to a different screen.I realize that it might be technically challenging, but it would make the widget actually a benefit, instead of a liability, if it were possible to pop this out into its own window while still somehow having a click-dial link to the parent window.

Some endpoints of the API return 503 Service Unavailable such as the endspoints to sync call logs, retreive call logs, sync messages and retreive messages. I am trying to fax POA's to the IRS to discuss client accounts from the website. It is taking over 20 minutes to send. Agents cannot stay on the line that long so i end up having to hang up before the fax gets there. This is unacceptable.

We frequently (multiple times a week) get delays of 2 hours or more between when we are sent a fax and when the email with the fax arrives.

We integrated RingCentral API to our Java backend application to send Fax and SMS. We are getting errors when trying to send SMS.

Hello,I am attempting to integrate RingCentral with the SCIM 2.0 API via an integration with another product that has a SCIM 2.0 "Connector". Is there a reason that the SCIM API does not provide the /ResourceTypes and /Schemas endpoints? Those seem crucial for a SCIM API.

Currently getting "Service is overloaded, please retry later" reply from the production API (when trying to download list of extensions/call logs/messages).Also, the phones in our office all say "only calling available" in the corner.Any insight/help would be appreciated.

Hi, sorry for the confusion. This is what we have done: we have a developer account with a sandbox. We have created an app that uses implicit flow for the authorization. The app is working as long as we provide the username/main company phone number of the sandbox environment. But now we also published the app on production and changed clientId and clientSecret. Now when the auth pop-up is shown we tryto login with the sandbox username / main company phone. Hi,I am trying to use a three-legged authorization flow to authenticate a user in my application.
