Mark a voicemail as read

How might we mark a voicemail as read (or any type of message for that matter)?Currently, the light still blinks on my desk phone until I either read it on an app, online, or delete the message.

When I get the active calls for a user, it has calls that are not still active. For example, a call that finished a few minutes ago might still be on it. Any idea why this might be?Thanks :)

You may want to know the status of a call while it's in progress. Here is how you can make an outgoing call through the API

The RingCentral API allows to initiate a 2-legged RingOut call programmatically.From the users perspective it will work in a similar way as the RingOut feature on the RingCentral Web Site (more details about RingOut feature can be found here).The API accepts the phone number where caller wants to pick the call, the called party number and optionally a caller ID.
