Hello. We have an app which is for copying calls between RingCentral and our RedBox call archiving server. Each day we notice that there are errors on the analytics part of the dashboard. Is there any way of finding out exactly what these errors represent?Thanks

When I message a colleague - he is literally the only one - but in the message line it says:Message (visible to guests)what does he have checked somewhere to have caused this.... I have searched the boards.

I ended a call three hours ago and the widget in Salesforce still show it as active and I cannot "hang up" the call even through it is no longer connected.What's the deal there. Can that cause connection issues? All my most recent calls are spotty and I know my wifi is fine.

I used to get a notification that would tell me if there were unread messages. This hasn't worked in months.

How can we create and extension in a multi site setup to have the users assigned to a specific site and not the default? Also is it possible to assign the cost center as well?

I've been searching the docs and community for an answer to this without success. I'm thinking it must be somehow possible, and hoping someone here could provide an answer.I am using webhooks to post messages from an AWS lambda, which works great! I would like to send a message that contains potentially long (up to 256kb) snippets of code. I was hoping I could do that as an attachment, but didn't see any way to do this via webhooks. Then I tried to find out if it was possible to send a truncated code snippet in the post (up to 10000 chars). By code snippet I don't mean "[code]...[/code]" but the actual "code snippet" functionality that displays a different card.Is either attachment or code snippet at all possible via webhooks? If so, would I use the Adaptive Cards schema or the legacy schema?Thanks everyone!

Our High Volume SMS app recently stopped working. It has worked for the last couple of years, but recently we get an error when we try to send a batch: "errorCode":"CMN-101","message":"Parameter [from] value is invalid." I get the same error when I try to send from the API documentation page. We have 5 numbers set up with A2PSmsSender to send from, they all used to work and now I cannot send from any of them. Seems something changed on the account, but I cannot figure out what.

Getting Invalid resource owner credentials error regularly after some time when using acesss tokens to authorize ringcentral user. We are getting the access tokens by authorizing using grant_type=password. And are reusing the same access tokens for the next 1 hr to make API calls and then re generate tokens.Using ringcentral java SDK version 1.4.0We are facing this with ringcentral production credentials@Phong Vu could you please help in finding the root cause?

We acquired a new company that previously had Hosted Graphite alerts being sent into their MS Teams and Slack conversations via webhooks. I'm trying to replicate this into RingCentral teams chats. I am using postman to test sending their Hosted Graphite JSON alert payloads to the incoming webhook app of my personal Rc App conversation and I get an error message below:{ "status": "error", "message": "Your request was accepted, however a post was not generated", "error": "Invalid Custom payload: no supported fields", "validation": []}Does anyone have experience working with Hosted Graphite or other 3rd party monitoring platforms sending alerts into Rc Chats via incoming webhooks app?

I successfully created and am using the High Volume App on number xxx-xxx-1306APP ID 0BeUP9IIQCSuO-LdU9dXQwI then created another app to use regular SMS, I was trying to attach that number xxx-xxx-7873 or better yet our main 800#APP ID 9TlxXxTiSf6n7qed0fX3uQWhen I try to login to the regular SMS production app with 7873, it does not work, but I can login to the online portal, so it is not a password problem. I cannot login with the 800# either, when I use the password reset for the 800#, it says it will send email to my email, but I never get an email. Also I dont see our 800# listed as a number in the users, and 7873 is the super user that I use to administer the account. I assume you cannot login as the 800#Does something have to be done to allow me to use 7873 in the regular SMS app?

After updating to the newest SDK, our High Volume SMS PHP app stopped working. The only change I could see for our code was changing the URL from /batch to /batches. The error that I get is `400 Bad Request` response: {"errorCode":"CMN-101","message":"Parameter [from] value is invalid.". I also tried a test file copying the new version's sample code and copied all the credentials from the control panel. That also has the same error. Wondering if something got messed up in our account settings. The login requests work fine. Is it possible to receive some form of aggregated presence for all extensions in a hunt group? Specifically, I want to know if every member of the group is busy on a call.

Howdy - I'm using the RingCentral API to automate some customer service functions (so each text is personal, not mass texting).We're fairly confident of our data - the number should be a cell # more than 95% of the time ... but I'd like to fail gracefully if it's not. As a test, I sent a text via iMessage to a landline (my local library), and Verizon sent me a text from a separate number telling me that my text didn't go through because it was a landline. Is there something similar for RingCentral (whether using the API or just a feature that can be turned on)?In short, how does a RingCentral user know if they tried to text a landline? I'm working on pulling call & message activity into our data warehouse via the RingCentral APIs. I'm currently consuming the following APIs:- Get Company Call Log Records- Message Store - Get Message List- Get Extension List (also necessary in order to get Message Store data, because that API requires iterating over extensions to get all messages company-wide)- Get Company Directory EntriesI already know that we intend to recycle extension numbers over time as folks come & go from the company. Therefore, I need to account for the fact that for any given extensionId, the extension number could change, thereby affecting my ability to link historical calls to the correct person if I'm not careful. (I'm planning on treating the extensions as a Type 2 slowly-changing dimension table on my end to handle this.)However, what I don't know is the lifecycle of an extension record itself, based on the extensionId.
