Want to retrieve all the assigned role of a user and display in our web app and change it from there.Which api should we call behind?

Hi,I'm trying to apply for graduation but I'm having troubles with three endpoints:- telephony/sessions- extention/call-log- telephony/sessions/parties/rejectI have three calls to telephony/sessions/parties/reject and telephony/sessions but not sure which action is triggering those two.And seems like I have more than 5 hits to extention/call-log but for some reaons is still marked as not done:

Some staff are not listening to voice mail messages, as a Super Admin, can I download or listen to the messages?When I try to, I need the User password to do so.

If there are multiple extensions apart from main line, how to configure all the extensions so that those can make outbound calls outside RC numbers and extensions?

When a user is added manually via the web gui, the 'Conference' tab is shown on the User page under 'Phones & Numbers':When a user is added via the API with 'Create Extension' or 'Update Extension', the 'Conference' tab is not there:I've also tried calling the 'Update User Conferencing Settings' API and it returns a successful 200, but the 'Conference' tab still does not show up in the gui. Is there someway to make that tab appear in the gui when importing users via the API?

I'm trying to modify the 'hidden' field with Update Extension API and I cannot get the value to change. I see the behavior when using the API in my app as well as via the 'try it out' button on the web page. Is there some other requirement to get this field to update? An example use case is the user shows up in the company directory but we want to change hidden to 'true' from 'false'. The API response returns a 200 but the field value does not change.

Hello, I am trying to get my App into production and I believe it meets the requirements. I have made numerous API calls over the 2 days and it still won't give me the option to get it into production.It's the % of errors that is holding things up but the stats look good over the last 2 days.

I cant submit my application for approval as im getting retirements not met. However when i look at the analytics everything is nice and dandy. i dont see what its still asking me to all api endpoints connected when they already are.i checked on the last 24 hours end points requests and they are also all good.fax endpoint has 8 200 requestsauthorize endpoint has 7 302 requests.so what am i missing here?

The active-calls API has a type field and the only options are Voice and Fax. I am missing calls that are voIP. Is there a way to retrieve these calls with this API?

Hi,I asked some of my users (new members of staff) to gain access to the Ring Central University to learn about our telephony system. They came back to me and said they couldn't log in because they got an error message that says: 'Sorry, you currently don't have permission to access this service'.I worked out that if I changed their role to 'Super admin' (which is effectively full platform access) then they could access the University.Obviously I do not want to give my standard users full platform access but is that right? Has anyone else had that issue or am I missing something?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our company is implementing software that can notify us via text message. The software is asking for the carrier for the numbers that we want to receive the text messages. I want to have send the notifications to our Ring Central #s. To do that I need know the carrier that can be used to send messages to a RingCentral #s - just like what is explained in this RingCentral help bubble I am attaching.
