I have been tasked to come up with some automation using your API to deal with some provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications of accounts.Trying to determine if these items are possible to manage using the API and where do I get the API documentation? I have some general use of the API in sandbox.1. Get a list of available licenses2. Get a list of sites so the correct one can be assigned as needed3. 5+ API calls per each used endpoint (20+ in total) - I have a single endpoint and over the last 30 days I have 63 successful callsExercise all requested permissions - We only have SMS permission and I've sent a bunch of them to my phone and I have received themI am curious as to why these tasks are not checked off my list and why I am not yet allowed to submit for graduation. Is there some undocumented thing I have to do to tick those two off?

I am looking for the ability to assign my Incoming/Outgoing SMS and received voicemails into tasks or projects. The RingCentral APP doesn't seem to have the ability to move SMS or voicemails to Tasks. I don't want to delete all my SMS or voicemails as they are helpful for project lifetime and history. But weeding through the listing is difficult and time consuming when looking for reference or follow-ups. Need to either export everything into something new, link to something or find it in the app. Thanks.

Our company has been working to find if we can connect Ring Central with Microsoft Exchange, we have been advised this cannot be done. It would make our work flow much smoother for meetings/phone calls.

RingCentral Meetings scheduled with RingCentral for Outlook shows the wrong date and time in the meeting invite text. Example is below.
