More Accurate Call Attribution: We've enhanced server-side call logging to be more reliable in assigning calls to the correct owner. The new version supports user mapping configuration in the admin tab, which syncs and maps users between your CRM and RingCentral. When an automatic match isn't found, admins can now manually associate user records, ensuring every call is correctly attributed.

Independent Badge and Click-to-Dial Controls: We heard your feedback! Users can now disable the App Connect badge without losing the convenience of click-to-dial. You can toggle these preferences independently, giving you more flexibility and control over your interface.
Important Fixes
We've also addressed several key issues to make your experience smoother:

Improved Consistency in Call Logging: We updated the order of fields logged via server-side call logging for greater consistency and symmetry, regardless of call direction.

Correct User Names in Call Logs: Server-side call logging will now show the correct RingCentral user name instead of the caller ID.

Redtail Middle Name Display: Redtail now properly displays middle names, ensuring your contact information is accurate.
A Look Ahead
This release may be one of the last in the 1.6 series for App Connect. The next major version is on the horizon, and it will be our most substantial update yet. We're currently exploring the best way to roll it out to ensure a seamless transition for all our users.
