App Connect Lost Config?

I logged in to App Connect v1.6.16 this morning, and found that all of our configs from the Admin Settings have disappeared/reverted. The API user info for server-side logging is gone, the default note actions are gone, etc. It’s as if it reverted to the default configuration settings. Is this expected? Why would this happen? How do we prevent this from happening?

Most pages do not load. Just a turning loading icon.   Tried different browsers.  They have an issue right now.

@chrismorgan

It could be that some issue prevented admin setting data from downloading to your extension. Could you send your network logs to da.kong@ringcentral.com? I’ll take a look at our database and see if your admin settings are there. Thanks!

Here’s how to get network logs.

  1. Open the extension, right click and “Inspect”
  2. In DevTools window, switch to Network tab
  3. Back to the extension, right click and “Reload”
  4. (network logs will now be generated) wait for 10 seconds. And click “download” button to download the HAR file (shown in screenshot below)
  5. Please attach the HAR file to the email

@ron-6

Could you do the same steps above as well? It might not be the same issue as Chris has, but it would give me more info to investigate further. Thanks!

Adding to this -- we’re no longer able to configure server-side logging either. We tried to re-enter the API credentials but “Save” does nothing for us, and User Mapping never loads.

It should be patched now, please give it a try. Thanks!
