Auth with multiple instances

Our RingCentral has our parent org added to be able to switch to it and manage it, along with some of our sister orgs’ instances -- to configure App Connect it states a Super Admin is needed. Would the parent org be able to do this configuration and have the config sync down to all of the sub-accounts it can switch to?
