@RCCS I am happy to help you. It sounds like phone calls and SMS messages were once being logged successfully, but then stopped. Is that correct? To help you however, I am going to need more information.

• What CRM are you using?
• Your title suggests that contacts cannot be found. Have you seen this article: 

   

@RCCS I have noticed an up-tick in failures as well - especially with Bullhorn. Doing a factory reset helped one customer restore logging functionality. I don’t like recommending a factory reset, but I do think it will help after this update while we research the problem an issue a fix.
