Following on from comments and discussion in other threads, I’m creating this post for discussion of building analytics/reporting into app.
For me, having analytics, particularly usage stats is integral for tracking adoption and seeing the success of a product. The usage stats would be referenced by myself but also other stakeholders such as our Performance and L&D departments. A few things I feel would be good to see:
- User logins (e.g Number of unique logins within a time frame and last login time)
- Feature usage (e.g Number of times AI was switched on, number of Notes saved to Bullhorn, etc)
- General stats (Number of calls made & received through the extension, number of SMS)
Will definitely be other things worth tracking but these are the initial ones that I think would be good to see.
