Integrations: App Connect

It's a bit surprising that RingCentral isn't laser-focused on integrations through its app for every major CRM. For RedTail, all that is available is a dangerously insecure Chrome browser extension that doesn't actually work.

I have an employee’s RingCentral Extension that will not give the option to login to Redtail.  Not sure what to do from here.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Ringcentral app and the chrome extension.  Here is a picture of mine vs my employees.  

Hi I was told that when i signed up Bullhorn CMS/ATS integration (in the sense of being able to call, book meetings etc ) would be coming "Soon" Nothing seems to have materialised (a bit like the never forthcoming UK text messaging) I have the dreaded UK installation. Anyone know when this might come about or am i better looking into other VOIP solutions?
