When will RingCentral coordinate with RedTail CRM for a true integration?

Question

It's a bit surprising that RingCentral isn't laser-focused on integrations through its app for every major CRM.  For RedTail, all that is available is a dangerously insecure Chrome browser extension that doesn't actually work.

Normally, I would point you to the Ideas Portal, but I see that you have submitted an idea about this integration.

Unfortunately, I don't see a ton of votes for this specific integration which means that we're not hearing about a lot of demand.
I would say that your best bet for the time being is to explore leveraging our open API and working with RedTail to develop.
