RC integration into CLIO Manage is not working

Question

Hello, I cannot get RingCentral calls to log into my Clio Manage through Microsoft Edge or through Google Chrome browser extensions. It will not save them to CLIO. I have the extension and both RC & CLIO connected but nothing. What else can I do?

​@dotmcdI am so sorry it has taken so long to see and respond to this post as it was posted outside of the App Connect community group. I am going to move this post to that community for better visibility. In the meantime, I wanted to check in with you and see if you still needed assistance, and if so, offer my time to consult with you personally. There are some minor challenges in getting App Connect setup to log calls to Clio reliably, but once you understand the process, you will be up and running in no time.
