I have Redtail integration set up on my desktop and it is working, but calls made and recieved in the mobile app are not transferring notes to redtail. Also, I have SMS logging enables but sms messages are not transferring to Redtail either.
App Connect is ultimately a browser extension which lives on your PC. Calls made in mobile app won’t directly trigger logging in App Connect. But call records will be synced over.
I’m assuming you have auto log turned on. If so, you can turn on the retroactive logging which will, when browser extension opens, go back in history and log all unlogged calls that happened in your phone app.
Have you tried if manually logging SMS messages works?
