Request: create a Freshdesk adapter for App Connect

​@b4k4fire Thank you so much for sending us this request. As it just so happens, I have been in conversations with a developer to build an integration for Freshdesk using App Connect. I reached out to them to see where they might be in their development lifecycle. Stay tuned!
