Server-Side Logging Not Available

I’m a SuperUser in RingCentral and an Admin in Bullhorn, both using SSO and the same Entra ID account.

When I log into App Connect (1.3.10), I’m not seeing the admin options to turn on (or test) Server-Side logging.  Developer Mode, Log phone calls automatically and Log SMS conversations automatically all have padlocks on them, so I’m assuming App Connect doesn’t recognize my account as being an admin?

If that’s the case, where do I elevate my permissions to allow these settings, more specifically the Server-Side Logging to be tested?

Thanks,

It’s under Admin tab. Can you see Admin tab?

@chris-phillips The admin tab is enabled by becoming a Super Admin. See this documentation: https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/users/admin/

@jhenry

It now only supports Bullhorn. Are you using other CRM? If so, we are working on adding others and plan to release those next month.

Yes, we are using Netsuite.  Thank you for the reply

@jhenry Server side call logging is currently only available to Bullhorn users. In App Connect 1.4, scheduled in the next 1.5 weeks, server side call logging will be available to all CRMs.
