Text messages not syncing to GHL CRM

Hi ​@Sergio Lopez Can you share more about how you setup text messages syncing?

For text message auto logging, you will need to enable “Log SMS conversation automatically” in Settings → Call and SMS logging.
 

And SMS auth logging only works when messages are received during App Connect is opened. When SMS messages are received in other RingCentral clients, they need to be logged manually by log button in SMS conversation.
