Where do I find my recorded notes during phone call?

If your account supports AI assistant, you can see AI notes by preview during call. After call ended, you can see it in call history:
 

For manual notes, it will show in log form automatically:

But generally, CRMs have a concept of a “contact.” Contacts can have associated with them:

• Notes
• Activities
• Communications
• etc

App Connect adapters will log the notes written by the agent in one of these objects in the CRM.
